Obviously Avery's podcast, book, and blogs on the Short Term Shop website have lots of valuable information and I have followed on researching the various softwares/processes/tools for automating and managing remotely, but would love to get some additional perspective or experiences before I jump in.Thanks so much!

I reside in NE Ohio and I’ve been a listener and follower of Bigger Pockets for quite a while, but just now created an account on the website. 

Is there a state-specific website, etc.?

I found all of them through either my website (I had an Investor Carrot website at the time) or they were already people I knew who I had told that I wanted to buy homes with mortgages in place.  

Both Hillsborough and Pinellas have a tax estimator on the property appraiser's website.  

I looked like a SFH and the Foreclosure website showed it as such.

They did a drive by, took pictures, and I paid for it (deducted at closing), and took about one month.The third property I'm refinancing now is through SoFi and I paid for that with a credit card through their website, and they assigned one as well.

Good afternoon,I looked at the City of Saint Paul website, and read over the following page: Rent Stabilization Rules and Processes | Saint Paul Minnesota (stpaul.gov)Based on what I see, landlords can raise rent 3% every year no questions asked.

Drive for dollars, cold calling, direct mail, bandit signs, social media marketing, website, possibly wholesalers........ the list goes on.
