You would think it would be standard procedure for any management company when they send out their maintenance guy for any reason to take 5 minutes and inspect the filters while there, at least just to report if tenant is not doing it, but we haven't found that to be the case.

If he's worried about taxes, he gets to differ the capital gains on the 20% Your offering 5% interest only or whatever (%) you negotiate , as long as its better than 1% its beating the heck out of 99% of savings accountsShould you not make payments he would be able to foreclose on you (try not to mention this one, as he would stumble into problems as he holds a lien behind the bank), however in theory he could start foreclosure procedures.

I posted the ads for the apartments, which stated that there were two spots available only during snow emergencies, otherwise they would have one spot available to them.
