Add that to the $20,000 in costs I would save her from paying over the next 2.5 years, and that's a $70,000 value.Offer two was $10,000 down, I lease option it from her for the next 6 months at $300 a month (enough to cover her interest-only payments on the 50k), then $45,000 more at the six month mark when I sell.
