I decided to try something else and move into the auto industry and became a car salesman. 

I have only been working for a month now as I graduated in December, but I am still Living with my parents, no car payment, barely any expenses, (still eating their food mostly 😉) I will be bringing in about 3k a month, and I think after some minor expenses, I will be saving about 1k a month for a down payment, as well as save up another 2k for an engagement ring (over 2-3 months)!

Many of these buildings are found in towns with no economies, and tend to be a dumping ground for much larger gentrified cities (ie: NYC). 

I can fix anything on a car (I have a 95' Subaru with 217k), I hunt for my meat, I've built structures, and I'm very resourceful when it comes to solving a problem.

I could save money on gas and travel costs also wear and tear on my car.

Get to know your local economy and you should have a good idea of what is going to happen in the next couple of years. 

The difference between mine and the ones that sold is mine sits on a double lot and I have a 2 car garage.
