Just stared reading Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene and I want to survey all of you!

I am new to BP, and long distance investing seems like a good way to start.

I used to have property managers on my long distance properties.   

I recently read David Greene's book Long Distance Real Estate Investing and was amazed by all the concepts and strategies it was filled with.

I own out of state properties as well as local properties and use property management on both.I suggest you get a book like David Green’s book on long distance real estate investing.

You most certainly have it down to a science…the fact that these aren't war zone areas is incredible…the fact that this is working out so well, it's relatively long distance and with property management is even more incredible.

We feel good about having family there, especially we just started our long-distance REI journey.

Its a long distance BRRRR plan so I figured maybe I can keep up posting along the way and others can laugh and learn with us. 

If you've got a good team to call on for your local situations they'll do the exact same thing next door for you that they would 500 miles away if they and the asset were there.So the key to getting comfortable with long distance properties and management is to get to know . your team like you know your team next door.  

My family is in CT and southern NH, so around New England definitely makes them within driving distance.
