I used to have property managers on my long distance properties.    this I came to find out later.

1) Property manager replaced window screen.   screen is 2" narrower than window.  I got billed for that! 

2) Had a Casablanca fan (lifetime warranty) go bad in a higher end SFR. They just chucked it and put in junk.
