I like using AirDna to really dive deep into the numbers and check occupancy rates so you know your buying in an area that can provide you that peace of mind, staying rented.

I know with my clients back east Mid west deep south they really like to buy from Nov 15 to feb 15. for a couple reasons one the competition is burnt out by Thanksgiving. and as stated seasonality of the industry..
