Making sure that the partner has the capital and has the money to do the deal is one thing, but lining out the agreement is another.

I do intend to do more BRRRR deals in this area but the financing piece has been a hurdle.

This would really be a long shot deal and not anything I would be bothered with unless you were talking significant sums of money, say in the mid 5 figures or more.

Experience is what makes an agent valuable, anticipating issues that are outside the norm and knowing how to deal with them. 24 deals per year is proficient, after 100 deals you know what you are doing.

We came up with a few questions we've been wondering.- Of course it's always important to find great deals, but how "great" is necessary for student rentals?

Also with a BRRR as an exit strategy you might be leaving significant money into the deal.
