You are over-analyzing and parsing words from a 2-sentence side note I made in like an 8 or 9 paragraph post...something I was just throwing in as food for thought, not trying to re-write the rules of national and international commerce.This was intended to only be posted to my Bigger Pockets blog, but apparently my assistant posted it to the general postings or something.

The purchaser shall provide an affidavit with the deed to be recorded under this section that states the exact amount required to redeem the property under this subsection, including any daily per diem amounts, and the date by which the property must be redeemed shall be stated on the certificate of sale.

There are full-time people who scour deals and lists daily, and when they find a deal they jump on it within seconds.With that said, you can also have a lot of advantages if you have a full-time job, good credit, etc.
