All 3 business models you mention (wholesaling, flipping, buy & hold) require that you know how to 1) determine value (after repairs), 2) estimate rehab, 3) evaluate a deal from the standpoint of a flipper or buy/hold investor (the customers of wholesalers).  

Plus, if delivered to the customer, there will be a "break even" point, where they have now paid the  purchase price.

Great idea, except that the custom glass took 5 business days to order.

Without any income coming into you weekly you are taking a gamble that this free mobile home will be quick to repair, attractive to buyers, and lucrative enough to generate a nice payday or monthly income when rented or sold.

Of course its in their best interest to protect their members and generate more business.Only courts can decide whether or not an activity is illegal..

Everything in the unit (floor to ceiling) was wiped down with vinegar/water and then I shocked the entire unit using an Ozone Generator. 

It's a very common discussion in committees for bankers to bend over backwards for 'good customers' and to not give an inch to 'transactional customers'.

To my knowledge it is generating between $2,500 and $3,000 per month.
