I had statistics in college, and I know this you can manipulate numbers in a lot of ways to represent whatever you want.Maybe he's taking out the low extremes in the data and not the highs, things like that.IMHO i wouldnt trust the source.From another point of view, maybe supply and demand is pushing up the prices because of the real estate crash in Las Vegas, Maybe investors are plannin on the real estate to get back to them numbers.

(There have been slimy lenders who may try to hide terms, and there are probably still some but, fortunately, most of them did not survive the last crash and the penalties for unethical lending are much worse now then they were 20 years ago.)

When the crash hit they removed the restrictions or bans because they wanted to avoid foreclosures in their building, but it is written in the bylaws and can be reactivated at any time, and they are starting to do so.
