Do you provide window A/C units in your properties if they don't have central A/C?

I recently found a single family home that has been fully gutted and on the same property is a triplex (they started converting a quadplex to triplex).

That includes new flooring, new drywall, new windows, opening up a wall etc.

In order to estimate rehab costs (kitchens, baths, windows etc) you really need a contractor to give you a quote.

They are repairing a parapet wall, cutting in some doors, moving windows, removing an entire chimney and fireplace, etc. 

Without seeing the property, I would assume it would need new electrical, new HVAC, plumbing, drywall, finishes, appliances, and you would want to talk to an expert in restoring properties due to fire---as their could be issues with the roof, siding, windows.

Fix important stuff like the roof, siding, doors and windows.
