While you should never believe their revenue projection on a specific property without doing further due diligence, I do think their data is a good baseline and can provide an eagle-eye view of areas with better occupancy, better ADR, lower supply and therefore higher revenue potential, etc.Good luck!

From serving the initial notice to the final resolution, we'll explore each stage in detail, providing valuable insights for both landlords and tenants.

We haven't yet required or charged for any mid-stay cleanings, but as people are starting to request longer stays, I'm contemplating starting to charge for one thorough clean a the 3-month mark if someone wants to renew.

So if you want to decrease the agent's asking fee, the agent may reduce the level of service provided.
