My only concern is for resale.

Traditionally, beach towns generate money and tourism due to the beach, if polution is such a large concern how would this impact IB?

Newbie here, Been making some research, but can’t find any type of list that has locations/time of courthouse auctions in LA county. Where can I find them ?
