CLT has not, and I don't anticipate it anytime soon as they had the opportunity with the new comprehensive zoning regulations and they didn't touch it.

I believe in well-written and comprehensive business plans.The problem is, when you are "new" to a venture, you often do not have the specific knowledge or the global vision to write an effective and comprehensive business plan by yourself.

I thought the course was comprehensive, well sequenced, and definitely worth the pre-launch $2K price I paid.

Me and my partner are new to the real estate world in the saint louis area and have been doing extensive research and studying about wholesaling as an introduction to the business.

If nothing else, it at least gave me a nice foundation as I begin my hunt to create a master spreadsheet including a comprehensive list of all potential rehab costs (specific to the Chicagoland pricing)Hope this helps - Enjoy your weekend!
