In need of mentor, lender, relator

Me and my partner are new to the real estate world in the saint louis area and have been doing extensive research and studying about wholesaling as an introduction to the business. We need a mentor as well as to get in contact with a relator to get access to the MLS so we can start getting the field. Any suggestion on where to look? Also we need info about going about getting private lenders..
