If I remember correctly, ACH payments took about 3-5 days to process.  

This whole process is certainly thickening my skin!  

I feel like a lot of markets are like this right now but maybe to speed up the process assistance is needed.

Sounded very convoluted and even the City was saying for them the process will be tough.Market Ready (Green)- There is no opportunity for abatements on 1-3 units.- If the property you are working on has passed permits prior to January 10th you are protected by the old CRA map.If you are underwriting deals 1-3 units and they now fall into the expanded Ready for Opportunity areas this is huge.

Using my primary home as an investment made the whole process less daunting and less time-consuming, not to mention the benefit of accessing owner-occupied financing. 

I just had some folks go through his process and was a success.
