I learned very quickly, that anyone can put paint on the walls, but painting a straight line (wall to baseboards, wall to ceiling, etc) was NOT his strong suit.

@Matthew Lee Without seeing a floorplan, I'd add a BEDroom and move the walls so that the bathroom is accessible by all bedrooms down a hall.
