If you had $50k cash and lived in LA, what would you do?
14 April 2017 | 32 replies
I've thought about:a) Continuing to save another $50k and use $100k total as a 20% downpayment toward a $500k property in the next 2 yearsb) Buying a rental long distance in my college town back in the midwestc) Trying to pick the next "hot neighborhood" in LA, buying a house here in LA that barely cashflows and pray it goes up in value.

Is anyone familiar with SC residency regulations/requirements?
22 October 2015 | 3 replies
Chris,Lidicce Rodriguez is correct about the living here for a year requirement. However all the college requires is some sort of proof that you were living here, I know many people who have friends or family living here simply send their mail to the friend /family members residence.
