If you are a Deal Maker looking to raise money you can present your deal on these platforms, but a) They restrict you to only accepting Accredited Investors, and b) Most of these sites have poor track records in actually getting money into the hands of the Deal Makers.

Other than the typical drinking/disorderly issues or the occasional car break-ins that pop up in some neighborhoods I haven't seen a lot of serious or violent crimes in town.As with any small growing city there are pockets of crime that generally stay within some specific neighborhoods which are fairly easily to identify but generally its not bad.
