I look at it like this: I paid $177K for a beautiful large 1 bedroom condo 5 minutes walk to the beach, How much would that cost here in California?

Hello BP friends,I have an LLC that owns one SFR valued at about 250k in a beautiful neighborhood, and cash flowing nicely.

While the North side has some beautifully kept older homes and is less risky, the more attractive properties from a cash flow angle are less likely to be found there.  

I've explained that due to the beautiful hardwood floors and stairs we are not accepting pets at this time.

You've got choices....you can buy the big doctor home and drive beautiful cars and take luxury vacations with a YOLO mindset, or you can have a generational wealth mindset where you get busy and pay off the bad debt ASAP with more short term pain for long term gain.

Keep going you beautiful thing:)When we were buying in Atlanta the Australian $ was on parity with the US$, however now that the Australian $ has fallen, its become a currency play and therefore we make approximately 40% on our money when we bring it back home.I set up 3 LLCs and have up structures to minimise tax etc and have a good US Accountant who liaises with my Australian accountant.
