@Wayne Woodson I don't think he means he's going to give the money directly to the agent.I could be wrong but I believe the question is what percentage should be paid to the Realtor for assistance win the transaction.

If I go VA, I know I can avoid paying PMI, which would save me $35 - $50 a monthAnd If I end up going FHA loan, I'm looking at going with TN's downpayment assistance program.Thanks much for any and all comments and opinions.

but i pay, i keep the area clean. i told the head guy some choice words after i was heated and flipped out on him... i really don't care for them at this point... i just want to know can they force me to move or foreclose on my house even if i pay the dues, keep the area clean, don't throw any parties,, etc... they don't want me calling the office any longer, i'm still going to..... i basically call them and tell them they suck at their jobs because something still isn't fixed and all they care about is my money... i do this several times a day... i could careless about them... the words i said, trust me there is no forgiving

What I've found works best to clean it is a product called Awesome from the dollar store.

We typically do as little as possible except make it real clean.

They got a 4 yr test drive and I got to do no painting, cleaning or minor repairs when I sold the house to them.

As I told David I'm here to assist if or when requested or needed...If I have the knowledge.

Maybe two nights in a hotel for a chance to clean up and have an open house?
