I'm sorry, but if you don't understand the foundation behind appraisal in the first place, your little conversation here is nothing more than entertainment and will not be productive whatsoever, ever.Mortgage appraisals are for the use of the bank to assist them with regards to making a decision concerning a mortgage loan transaction.

. :) I may just allow the agent I've been seeing houses with to assist me in this first purchase since we have been building a relationship.

So I took the approach that rent is due this month and if they need assistance they will request it.  

They have, however, asked if we could partake in Bill Paying Assistance from Denver to cover the gas/electric bills.

He says if the government helps him out with a stimulus check and/or assistance, he’ll try to pay what’s due.
