That same contractor did the master bathroom upstairs for total cost of $3k, the next bathroom I had the retired handyman remodel with a pre-fab shower enclosure, and the last bathroom I helped a handyman with the tile portion (biggest mistake of the rehab, will never tile again haha).

if so - this is considered a commercial property and would require a commercial loan ( which has higher terms than home loans ) 2) An " attractive " rate is not likely to be had with the scenario outlined ...even with perfect credit / low ltv etc ..rates are > 8% for fixed rate loans ......get a hypotetical scenario outlined and fully pre approved ....if you have a lender that can deliver a pre approval for what is needed- its likely worth using
