Hi everyone,

Newbie here looking to invest in a STR property in the upper peninsula, Hurley/Ironwood area. Anyone have STRs in that area? What is your vacancy rate? Booked all year, or is there a slow season? Anyone recommend a realtor and property management for STR's?
