This is a well-located and family friendly apartment community in the Southeast submarket of Denver.

To start, when I first started looking on Airbnb and VRBO, there weren't very many units in my area and only 4 or 5 were apartment/condo units like I am planning on renting out.

Most Intown areas don’t have a lot of land so you’re SFR is somewhat protected from a huge apartment complex coming in suburban areas.

@Randy BattersonYour PM company should be checking on each property no less than monthly (weekly for apartment buildings) when everything is sailing smoothly.  

No dependents.No student loans.Ive lived in a townhouse before but never an apartment and I can't commit to spending that much money on rent considering all the privacy and storage inconveniences.

However, a part of the bathroom was saved, and was added to the rebuilt home (around 93').The owner has a two RV lots (in OK shape) and a MH in the back in bad shape. 

The builder will only pay a commission to an agent who introduces you to the complex.
