Not really if you pay them enough, or have your contract air tight so his oops factor is very limited.

It is far better to have a well-funded reserve if you find yourself in that situation.And since this is a new build, what would happen to your reserve account if the furnace AND air conditioner both went out at the same time the roof needed to be replaced?

Have your handy man hook up an air compressor to the plumbing to find leaks.

It is about 1500 sqft, 3stories, 3br, 2ba and being heated by an electric forced air furnace. 

This includes running the plumbing and drain, installing a 220v outlet and air vent.
