The home would be perfect for multigenerational family type scenario with the tiny house providing housing for an elderly family member or adult child of Babyboomer or a Home health aide like a companion or nanny. 

Worth noting, both of these instances are with really bad tenants (not paying, causing damage, overall terrible individuals) so my compassion meter for coronavirus is on a .5 out of 100.  

Appraisers tend to cover much larger areas than realtors do, so I often know a lot more about individual comps than the appraiser.

For example - Originations - Underwriting- Income analysis: With individuals wanting to refinance at historically low rates, there will be an increase of documentation being sent for processing  Servicing - Loss mitigation: More individuals submitting "hardship" or modification requests to their current termsWhere else in the process will banks see constraints or an increase in needed capacity?

Advantage is that I don't have 1 million equity and apparently in won't report to my individual credit.
