What matters is you don't get so wrapped up (frustrated) if it seems like it's taking too long, and accept a bad deal...then rationalize it to be a good one.Just focus on the deal...and not the time.

just went through the Bully session and the arbitrary disallowing of write offs .. very frustrating.

Looks like the wealthier people who could afford the house dont want to be living in a house that overlooks the freeway...
