She too has the desire to begin this same journey and we're committed to learning more.Presently, we are working to achieve various personal goals which dictate our not taking any further real estate action for approximately two to three years.

Long story short, i think our neighbor is just looking for action, seems like she's bored, or she's just not fix for apartment/townhouse/condo environment.

At this point I'm not sure about the best course of action.

The gas station company remedied the situation and got a no further action notice from the county.

It sounds like massive action producing massive results.  

We had a top notch business attorney set them up because we have two family partnerships and needed the LLCs for defining our business practices and for determining the course of action if one of the parties should want to sell out or died.  

I really don't know what my next plan of action should be on how to get a deal done for this specific property, but any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
