I recommend attending your local REIA meetings and connecting with some seasoned investors.

I hooked up with the local REIA & have been attending REI weekly meetings in different parts of the Tampa area, networking & learning the ropes.

We will be attending some of the local REIA meetings soon all across the metro Atlanta.

I hope to attend as many networking opportunities as possible and maybe I will run into you all one day.

If you will be attending that school make sure you look at Henderson rentals instead of vegas or the commute will wear you out once you switch out of California mode.
