Jimmy Carter joined, early on, in this charity's beginnings; except that Fischer joined it in Portland, Oregon, where he worked for several years, which put Bruce as very proficient in re-hab work, when the bottom of the U.S. economy fell out, a few years back, & then class C-class D Rentals in Longview, Washington, went to rock-bottom prices, which allowed Bruce Fischer to buy many of the, with litlle or no money.

Happens all the time, Trump's a resident of FL along with a lot of other ex-NYC types.Toyota moved all their operations to Houston and Apple, oddly enough, happens to make 98% of their profit in Ireland for tax purposes.You're being naive, people with jobs, skills and money will move, leaving behind those without jobs, skills or money.If you need an example, a lot of OR (income taxes) PERS (pub retirement) recipients move to WA (no income tax) across the river.

Here's another property that got my attention:214 M St NE, Auburn, WA 98002 2Beds 1Bath 1,040 Sq. https://www.redfin.com/WA/Aubu...The reason it appears interesting to me is that it is located in a neighborhood where comps are around 350-370K.
