Nearly all my properties in the same zip code in South Jackson.

So i'm in green valley (south of tucson) and considering multi family investing (leaning toward mobile home parks but open to options at this point)Can anyone give me an idea of what our narket is doing?

Roofer needed for a South Buffalo Duplex.Does anyone have a good roofer they  can recommend?

I live in south bay.

The deposit isn't only for the seller, the title company wants money in escrow to cover the costs should something go south. 

The sub-groups that are geography based (north, west, south) meet on different Tuesday nights.

Perhaps in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Vegas or somewhere else in the south east.The area I am having trouble getting my head around is the process of figuring out what I should be looking for.  

When I bought my last couple of deals in 2006/7, thinking that whatever problems were about to happen wouldn't be quite as dramatic as they turned out to be, little did I know I could have spent that money where I live now in South Carolina and weathered a much calmer version of the storm.Bottom line, $250k goes a lot further in just about ANYWHERE other than San Fransisco!!  

I'm Josh and I'm currently living in sunny South Florida, but I'm originally from Brooklyn, New York.

For work it makes most sense to do so, but I am willing to continue my commute from Berkley to continue investing in more properties that I can afford south of where I live and that is my dilemma.
