The cautious ones lose by not being involved but in the end prosper more than the ones who were aggressive to the very end.Many times it is the same trait that makes one rich as it is the one that makes them go broke.You also have the idea that if you are a rehabber or builder you just say well, rehab or build is what I do.

Although, I rather get rich slow than never get rich.

Since you are already going through the Rich Dad Coaching learn as much as you can from it and combine that with what you can learn from BP and other sources.

It's not a get rich quick kind of process - it takes a few years to build.
