I would like to own this building outright some day, but the immediate priority is I have multiple homes under construction and need the funds to pay for my share of the new builds (have investor/partner on these new builds).

Most investors love to share their knowledge but they won't waste their time on someone that doesn't provide something in return (however little) or that doesn't make some effort on their own.No investor group?

If you successfully transfer property to MMLLC, you LLC will file a partnership return. a partnership will generate K-1(s)( similar to W-2) for each partner with your share of rental activity.
