Curious if anyone else has done 30 day rentals and what kind of traction or performance they’re seeing?

For the ADU, I'd check with your Realtor and see what the value you would be with doing the work you mentioned (and see what he/she thinks about any other work that needs to be done in the house prior to selling to maximize your sales price).

Also I see people that started with one house and today they have 10 doors or more.

On the West-side of Cleveland, there is more to see above the C- grade.

And they're going to have all the best options like, for example, not having to purchase a lot until the house is sold in some cases.
