I'm shooting for a 30 year fix loan w/ low interest rate.My questions are as follows:1)  What is a typical interest rate that one could expect on a blanket loan similar to this one?

I also have every tenant that is listed on the lease initial every page of my lease so there is no question that they have acknowledged everything that is included.

We also asked if Zach and myself could schedule a follow up call with you to ensure that all your questions are answered and that you know that it is never our intention for you to feel rushed through a phone call. 

How does this address the OPs question.  

Some lenders won't share appraisals with anyone but their client -- just had this happen to me, so my buyer can ask me questions, but if the lender won't discuss it with me, then I am very limited in ability to assist.    

Question on this topic - there are a ton of private FB groups now that are for RE investors who want to post deals or who want to invest their funds in deals.

We'd like to buy within the next six months, if possible, but I still don't have answers to a lot of the other questions.
