Slightly higher administrative overhead for me but worth it.

Also, it keeps it out of public record which also benefits the contractor. 

The restaurant still are good, public transportation and I bought a home in West Newbury about 2 years ago.

That means I will have to convert my LLPs to LPs which means losing the liability protection, but retaining the administrative complexity (additional tax submissupions for each LLP).  

Ownership in publicly traded properties, eg REITS, is not considered in this factor.

My screening company checks all three credit reporting companies, plus national criminal background, and judgments/liens/eviction/broken leases.I have noticed that some property management companies in town charge a $250 "administrative fee" to new tenants.

Public hearing soon, then use permit, then hire/pay more consultants (soils, structural, etc), then apply for building permit.  

Our plan is to hammer out the systems on our units and then offer our service to the public to generate more income and help off set costs.

There was a garbage mobile home on public land in a CA city a while ago a city employee was given it for $1 if he could haul it off, he turned it into a crappy rental with a ton of rehab on some land he owned.
