I'm not going to assume anything more on this man, but it definitely looks like she may trying to put herself in a position to try to accuse you of some shady things.....definitely not saying you did something shady,..but I am sure she will accuse you of trying to cut some side deal with her and the deal has fallen apart because it sounds like there is something she has been able to communicate to the court that has convinced them it is worthy of having the case be re-opened.Stay stong my man.

Assuming you didn't quit your job or get a $500/mo car loan, your DTI will work itself out when you find an investor friendly lender that's including the cashflow from the property in the mortgage math, assuming you're buying cashflow positive real estate.
