For example Co-Ops are typical in NY and are a pain to deal with for the buyer/renter/bank.When you buy a condo you want to make sure it is a warrantable condo and pay close attention to the reserve accounts. 

If you can find their pain point and solve their problem you can get a better deal then you would from buying on MLS. 

I need a favor, doing a house in Phoenix and need windows like yesterday.They are the pain windows, hard metal frames up to bricks on the inside and outside stucco to them.I was told to leave the frames in and cut out the center and buy windows with a fin for the outside and trim out the inside.I need them like ASAP.

I'm interested in seeing how the $25 billion in rent relief fund gets administered to be certain it goes to pay the landlords that have had to keep making their mortgage payments while not being able to collect rents.
