Most Effective Way to Network

Talk to older people who are doing what you want to do.Notice I didn't say offer to be their lackey for free, or add value to their organization, just make a business friend and maybe you will get inveted to some cocktail parties, or cookouts or a fun boat ride (it is Florida after all). What is your social circle, Yacht club, Ex-convicts, Community College attendees's, Drift Car owners, etc...[...NAIOP ...requirements ... age being one of them).]Well a lot of people can't go network in Afghanistan either, so cross that off your list.Where you can't go doesn't matter (unless going there is mission critical in which case if you can't your finished).Never focus on the wall--or you will hit the wall--Always focus on where you want to go (Tony Robbins).[...My coach...]Again, lack of full communication--Baseball coach, life coach, real estate coach, someone who is teaching you (???)
