There are consumer protection laws in place which says they do have to release this information to a Trustee or the heirs, but they will play dumb so they can rack up the late charges prior to giving you the payoff amounts.

Will depend on several factors like the type of property, type of tenants, your risk tolerance, other assets you own, your estate planning, laws where the property is located, etc.Any lawsuits would be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced).

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm almost certain that there NEEDS to be a reason in order to be discriminated against, such as race, religion, sex, etc.Unfortunately for you there is no law that says what type of flooring a unit needs to have.

AC is not required by law in Florida, so unless you list AC in the lease you don't have to repair or replace it.
