**There is another wrench to throw in the mix: The VA is SUPPOSED to keep the record of all the VA loans you used to have on your Certificate of Eligability (COE), even if you refinanced out of them.

If I go out to inspect a property n the midst of a remodel, and it has open permits, then the Appraisal will be completed "subject-to" the completion, including permits being signed off or certificate of occupancy, etc.

I’m a young buck coming out, & obviously don’t have a ton of cash flow coming in yet so I figured the best way for me to get ahead would to become more educated and get licensed so that when may 2022 comes around I can apply for jobs with some certification on my belt.
