Also, they must be knowledgable of the entire process of real estate listings, sales, title etc., and someone that works aggressively to find what you need.

Just so Tony doesn't have to bust out the numbers for now - (maybe he will later) I am going to make a wild guess with no market knowledge in his area, based on materials in picture, that it cost Tony $200 per sq ft including lot and permit costs, putting his profit around $137k gross.
