Hi All,How much do you guys usually approximately pay for labor (not counting the material) to do a full interior remodel of a single wide 14x70 three bedroom mobile home?

I'm still doing interior inspections, depends on the requirements of the lender. 

Completely rehab of the interior of the house.What was the outcome?

Hopefully, some will leave and I'll rehab the interiors and push rents over $900.

If he does go inside, will the interior really going to blow his socks off and make him increase his number by 30%?

The home was in terrible condition (interior hoarding) but he also ran into some additional costs he wasn't bargaining for, ie the front brick facade was cracking so he had to replace with siding (not a large area) and this month he had to replace the entire septic system.  

We will have 20k into it after siding, windows, and the interior work.

In my myriad connections with realtors, a friend who is a 30 year experienced top notch remodeler and architect, my wife's interior design connections and all her trade friends, plus my brother who is a broker/lender of loans, I'm perfectly cued up to make my first project a success.However, I have questions. 

Then it goes up only by $1k.The tough part is not knowing what it’s condition is on the interior.
