I agree Zillow isn't terribly reliable with with estimated value, or estimated rent, but when someone clicks the button for more info, that's a real person interested in the property.Zillow is popular and active, you may get candidates who won't qualify...I've never really paid attention to see if they come from Zillow more.I don't care who or how they came to me, if they're interested I want to communicate with them.

It's still become very popular but you have to be careful about polluted soils and dig into the background of property in that area even though it's expensive, just a few years ago it was an industrial wasteland and not all of it was cleaned up.
