I buy property in about 20 states so I get the bills.. notoriously high are 1.

I still have a while till I get my first deal, but I have time to learn.

I hope to get started with some wholesales. and once I get the feel for it, i would like to come there and do rehabs as well. 

Right now my primary focus is on reading out to group of knowledgeable individuals in LI that I can work with once I get started.
