I'm not sure I'd trust any management company that would only charge that much.

Experience isn't everything, since I know many STR hosts and PM companies that are plenty experienced and doing an awful job!

There are plenty of duplexes in New Orleans so perhaps you should do it again.

Plenty of land for that..

I'd go back and relisten to the episode...you never pay capital gains on a flip no matter how long you own it.

They have a looming timetable and you have to close before the sale date.These are a few of the pointers I teach, but there is plenty more if someone wants the fast track to foreclosures.
