Looking to get recommendations on investor friendly general contractors in Houston.

I am receiving a promotion at work that will keep me in the Houston region for at least two to three years.

My wife and I are under contract for a home in the Houston area.

I doubt any of the airbnb units are doing well in 3rd ward because there are broken damaged sidewalks that flood and bad areas that make the area not very safe to walk at night.3rd Ward/South Central Houston is nowhere near the late stages of gentrification that Montrose has gone through.

I am not only new in Houston Texas, i am new in the US, from United Kingdom.Have some equity, looking to start out in BRRR, then transiting to SFH and MFH. 

Hi Dan,I thought the market was tough when I bought my house in Londonderry last year, but homes in the past 6 months or maybe even a bit longer have sky rocketed. 

Eventually this is pushing me towards out-of state investing.Also I am not really looking for places that has already sky-rocketed like Austin, TX.I don't really have any set budget, I don't have a lot of money for buying "as-is" properties that cannot get a conventional loan.
