If you are purchasing a Buy and Hold property, with lending, you must first buy the property in you name and then transfer the title(Quit Claim Deed) into an LLC.

Property Management companies don't do a very good job of handling damage claims and, in many states, are actually breaking the law by trying to negotiate the claim on behalf of their clients without an adjuster's license.
